I love how eggs photograph, they are such pretty subjects.
I thought this was an appropriate image to choose this month as we just entered Spring. This photo was made for the cookbook I am currently working on in the Hamptons. These are the ingredients used in a berry clafoutis recipe written by Silvia Lehrer.
