I’ve been working on location lately in the Hamptons for food writer and recipe developer Silvia Lehrer’s next cookbook, Savoring the Hamptons. I was in Silvia’s home in Water Mill, NY for 4 days last week, shooting her recipes and visiting local farms where I shot farmers and artisans with their bees, chickens, cows, goats, calves, vegetables and fish!! There are 8 shoots altogether spanning 4 seasons, and 8 months. Such an incredibly exciting project!
We are currently into the Spring and Summer sections of the book. So much shooting, but we’re nearing the end!
